How to Order

Search our online stock database and select the used vehicle you want. If you don’t find exactly what you’re looking for, you can also request a used vehicle using our online request form, or by e-mail/fax/phone.

Click “Buy Now!” on the used vehicle detail window and complete the online order form. After you submit the form, we will send back an order sheet to your e-mail address.

During this step you will receive the following documents by e-mail.

Please sign the order sheet and FAX it back to us at +81 45-232-8866. We will then send you a proforma invoice which should also be completed and returned to us. After we confirm the proforma invoice your used vehicle will be reserved.

For those with no FAX machine to send us a proforma invoice, please complete payment (STEP 5) to reserve your vehicle.

Payment is due within three business days of the date of your order. Your order will be cancelled if you do not complete your payment by the due date.

After we receive the payment, we will e-mail you to let you know when your used vehicle will be arriving at your port. The timing will depend on the shipping schedule and regulations of your country.

   Shipping advice, bill of lading, export certificate, invoice
